Step 5: Interview Day
After all Diamond Discovery Days, the Diamond Finalists will attend interviews with the Wedding & Lifestyle judging panel.
Each finalist couple will be evaluated on creativity, teamwork, and engagement throughout the Journey.
The judges’ individual scores will be combined with the ClueKeeper score (30%) to create each couple’s overall score.
From there, the judging panel will meet to review all results and collectively decide the final winners based on total points and overall performance.

Wedding Date: 2026 (to be confirmed with winners)
How It Works:
On the day of Diamond 3 Discovery, scan your completed puzzle at 9:30 AM to unlock the final riddle. Scan your final puzzle piece QR code during Diamond Discovery — it updates automatically to guide you to your final clue.
The riddle will guide you to a physical location — the hidden Diamond will be no more than 20 minutes from the Celebration Day venue.
Be among the first 5 couples to arrive and enter the physical finish code to claim your spot as a finalist.
Once the diamond is found, all couples return to Rolling Waters for the Celebration Day event.
Important Notes:
You must enter the finish code at the diamond’s physical location to claim your position.
If you’re not one of the first 5, you can still enter the code to be listed as a runner-up in case a finalist withdraws or is disqualified.
Finalist verification will take place after the event based on:
– Completion of all ClueKeeper tasks
– Collection of all puzzle pieces
– A grace period of 7 days post-hunt will be given to catch up if needed
12. How to Qualify as a Finalist + Announcing the Winners
Finalist Qualification Criteria (Non-Negotiable)
To be eligible as a finalist and proceed to the Interview Day, you must:
– Be a legally engaged couple: Soon-to-be Bride & Groom
– Both partners must be over the age of 21
– Complete all ClueKeeper tasks before the official closing date (with a 7-day grace period)
– Collect and correctly assemble all puzzle pieces
– Participate in at least one Diamond Discovery
– Click or enter the finish code (depending on the diamond type) to officially claim your finalist position
– Ensure your entry is verifiable and fully complete
Finalist notifications will be sent via email and WhatsApp 14 business days after Celebration Day.
Couples who find a diamond but haven’t completed the full hunt, puzzle, or criteria will not qualify.
Finalists must also agree to and uphold:
– The official Treasure Hunt Terms & Conditions
– The Finalist-Specific Terms
These terms include media usage, attendance at Interview Day and Gala Evening, and other finalist obligations.

Before purchasing a Hunt Ticket for the Wedding & Lifestyle Treasure Hunt, please ensure that you have thoroughly reviewed the Terms & Conditions as well as the Hunt Information Guide. It’s essential to be familiar with the eligibility criteria and game details.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
Please be informed that once you use the Hunt Code to access the game, we won’t be able to accommodate any refund requests. It’s important to note that after using the Hunt Code to download the Hunt, third-party service providers are remunerated in full. This policy ensures the smooth operation of the refund process and supports the commitments made to our partners.
Cancellation Within 20 Days Before Game Start:
If you decide to cancel your Hunt Ticket purchase within 20 days before the game starts, a cancellation fee of R100 will be applicable. This fee is designed to cover third-party costs associated with processing the cancellation.
Cancellation During the Game or Less Than 20 Days Prior to Start Date:
Should you wish to cancel your Hunt Ticket while the game is ongoing or within 20 days prior to the start date, a cancellation fee of R150 will be charged. This fee accounts for third-party costs and operational considerations that are incurred as a result of the cancellation.
Cancellation Due to Unforeseen Circumstances:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel your Hunt Ticket due to exceptional reasons, please contact us at hunt@weddingandlifestyle.co.za to discuss your situation. Please note that while we sympathize with unexpected events, we are unable to waive third-party costs, and the applicable cancellation fee will still be in effect.
Processing Refunds:
