Terms and Conditions to play with our refund policy
To participate in the hunt, please make sure you have the following:
- A smartphone with Google Play Store or iStore (please note that some Huawei phones may not be compatible).
- Internet access with data to support your gameplay.
- Active Facebook and Instagram accounts (at least one of the players must have either Facebook or Instagram).
- ClueKeeper application installed on your phone (available for free on Google Play Store and iStore).
- Hunt Ticket: Look out for early bird sales.
- Wedding & Lifestyle Interactive e-Magazines (make sure to use the latest two editions) and access to the website.
- Treasure Map: This will be provided to all hunters prior to the launch date of each hunt.
- Access to local newspapers and/or radio stations, depending on the media partners for the specific hunt. Refer to your Treasure Map for details before the launch.
- To solve the quests, make use of the Wedding & Lifestyle Interactive E-Magazine and Website. Additionally, explore individual supplier/partner websites and social media platforms. The objective is not only to find the answers but also to learn more about the vendors, have fun, and enjoy the wedding and lifestyle planning journey. Some tasks will provide instructions, while others require creativity and your own initiative.

- Please remember to read and familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions of the Wedding & Lifestyle Treasure Hunt.
- Secure your ticket for the hunt.
Refund Policy for Hunt Tickets
Before purchasing a Hunt Ticket for the Wedding & Lifestyle Treasure Hunt, please ensure that you have thoroughly reviewed the Terms & Conditions as well as the Hunt Information Guide. It’s essential to be familiar with the eligibility criteria and game details.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Please be informed that once you use the Hunt Code to access the game, we won’t be able to accommodate any refund requests. It’s important to note that after using the Hunt Code to download the Hunt, third-party service providers are remunerated in full. This policy ensures the smooth operation of the refund process and supports the commitments made to our partners.
Cancellation Within 10 Days Before Game Start:
If you decide to cancel your Hunt Ticket purchase within 10 days before the game starts, a cancellation fee of R50 will be applicable. This fee is designed to cover third-party costs associated with processing the cancellation.
Cancellation During the Game or Less Than 7 Days Prior to Start Date:
Should you wish to cancel your Hunt Ticket while the game is ongoing or within 7 days prior to the start date, a cancellation fee of R125 will be charged. This fee accounts for third-party costs and operational considerations that are incurred as a result of the cancellation.
Cancellation Due to Unforeseen Circumstances:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel your Hunt Ticket due to exceptional reasons, please contact us at hunt@weddingandlifestyle.co.za to discuss your situation. Please note that while we sympathize with unexpected events, we are unable to waive third-party costs, and the applicable cancellation fee will still be in effect.
Processing Refunds:
Refund requests must be made via email to hunt@weddingandlifestyle.co.za. The refund amount will be processed within a reasonable time frame, and any applicable fees will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note that refund processing times may vary based on external payment processors.
