Date Night Conversations to Build a Vision Board Together
Set aside a cozy evening — with dinner, wine, or a sunset picnic — and dive into meaningful conversation with your partner. Use magazines, Pinterest, drawings, or digital tools to create a 10-Year Couple Vision Board that reflects your shared dreams, goals, and purpose.
Talk About:
What does our ideal home, family, and life look like in 10 years?
What kind of legacy do we want to leave?
How do we want to serve others together?
What does peace at home mean for us?
What values do we want to raise our kids with?
What habits do we need to start now to reach our goals?
What would our marriage look like if it was thriving spiritually, emotionally, and financially?
Conversation Starters:
What does our ideal day look like 10 years from now?
Where do we want to live? City, nature, farm?
What kind of marriage do we want to have built by then?
What are three things we want to have accomplished together?
How do we want to feel when we look at each other in 10 years?
What do we want to be known for — as a couple, in our family, or our community?
What do we want our “legacy” to be as a couple?
Fun & Romantic Questions:
If our love was a movie, what would it be called in 10 years?
Where would you love to travel or live?
What’s one wild dream you’d love to see come true for us?
#TreasureHunt Task: “In 10 Years…”
Set aside a special evening this week just for the two of you. No distractions — just dreams, laughter, and love.
Here’s your task:
Create a “10-Year Couple Vision Mood Board” together.
Gather old magazines, print photos, or sketch — whatever inspires you.
Set the scene: a cozy space, soft lighting, your favorite music, snacks or wine.
Use the Conversation Cards to guide deep and meaningful discussions:
Where will you live?
What adventures will you go on?
What kind of marriage do you want to build?
Once your board is done:
Take a selfie with it and post on social media with this caption:
“Here’s to dreaming big together — 10 years from now…”
Tag @weddingandlifestylehubsa and use the hashtag #TreasureHuntCoupleGoals.
Let this be a moment to slow down, dream intentionally, and create a memory that will pop up in 2035 and melt your heart.
